Jun 9, 2024 · Adding Virgin Media email account to Outlook. I have recently had some Outlook issues which resulted in me having to delete my Virgin Media IMAP account from Outlook 2019. I have tried to re-add this but this is proving to be a nightmare and really frustrating !!.
Sep 25, 2023 · Set it up using the VM email address and the mail app password that you used in Outlook. Setting the email account up again from scratch in the app, effectively as a new account, often works when trying to update the password in the existing app settings fails.

Jul 19, 2016 · I access my outlook account using an icon on my desktop and logging on. With my virgin media email I log on to their website. When adding my virgin email account I open up outlook go to options select your email accounts, select add and send and receive account; input all the data as requested - I have done this numerous times without success.
