Oct 25, 2023 · This course consists of five hours didactic training and five hours laboratory/clinical. From KDADS: Nurse Aides that go two years from the date of their Nurse Aide certification without working as a CNA, will become INACTIVE and will have to take the Refresher course.
Submit the application by mail or email (see below). The Kensas Nurse Registry will then send an Approval to Test notice which will provide the preferred testing site contact information. Applicants must take the Kansas Nurse Aide Test within a year of receiving the approval. The pass rate is 75% and the test can only be taken once.
