Complete and sign the Apprentice Member Application Form. Proof of at least one qualifying credit from an eligible category. Proof of Canadian citizenship or Permanent Residency Status (accepted documents are: Passport, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Indian Status Card, Citizenship Card or Permanent Resident Card)
Work Permittee shall have six (6) weeks from the performance date of an Engagement to apply for Apprentice Membership status and have the Work Permit credited towards full membership. Apprentice Members must apply for Full Membership Status upon application for their last qualifying Permit or their Apprentice Membership file will be closed.
