- If you are loading a youth, post-secondary or senior pass onto your card, you must take your PRESTO card to Shoppers Drug Mart or the TTC’s Customer Service Centre to have the fare type changed on your card. You will need to bring valid government issued identification. You only have to set your fare type once.

Using the PRESTO app. Sign into your PRESTO account, select your card, click the “i” icon, and select the 'Info' tab. If you have multiple fare types, you can select “View More” to see all your fare types.
