Call 1-866-281-2448 (toll-free) Press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish. Enter your 16-digit card number. Enter the last 4 digits of the Social Security Number (SSN) of the person on the case, followed by the pound sign. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have an SSN, you will be asked to enter your 7-digit case number.

If your Virginia EBT Card has been lost, stolen or is no longer working, you should call customer service at 1-866-281-2448 for a new EBT card. They will immediately disable the old card and arrange for the mailing of replacement EBT card to your address. The mailing process takes from 7-10 business days.
Call the Virginia EBT hotline number at 1-866-281-2448. Your state may require you to change your PIN, report your card stolen, and/or request a new card. If your benefits were electronically stolen in or after October 2022 (e.g., through skimming or phishing), you may be eligible to apply for reimbursement. Learn more about your state’s process.
