All you need to do is phone, email or send regular mail to your new service provider to request a service transfer. Your new service provider will cancel your existing services and start your new services with them.
Mar 2, 2024 · There is a 30 day notice for cancellation so it's best to call the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so they can get this sorted for you. As you're wanting to port your number across, this will need to be initiated by your new provider.
