  3. Apr 13, 2016 · This is going to seem weird but give it a try. I went to file > print then selected "A4 8.27" x 11.69" Then save the document normally and again save as a pdf. Make sure to save normally first! Problem solved! My document in particular was set to a custom selection which threw off the pdf output. –
