This article explains how to contact Windows Live Hotmail Support.
Since Microsoft officially retired the Windows Live Hotmail email service in 2013, the old customer support website, hotmailsupport.com, now redirects to Outlook.com. If you have a Hotmail account, you can get help through the Microsoft forums.
Follow these steps to get troubleshooting help for your Hotmail account:
1.Check the Windows Live Hotmail status for current issues. Microsoft might be aware of a problem and working on a resolution.
2.Go to the Windows Live Hotmail forum on Microsoft.com and select Sign in in the upper-right corner if you aren't signed into your account. Log in using your Windows Live Hotmail address and password.
If you can't log in because you can't remember your password, recover your lost Windows Live Hotmail password through Outlook.com.
3.Select Ask a question.

- Check your disc for damage. If your game disc, DVD, or Blu-ray disc is scratched or dirty, the PS4 will display an error message and may eject the disc or make a beeping sound.
- Try a different disc. If you notice any scratches or imperfections on your disc after cleaning it, try a different game disc, DVD, or Blu-ray. If the PS4 accepts some discs and rejects others, the ejected discs are probably too damaged for the PS4 to read.
- Power cycle your PS4. Most issues where a PS4 keeps ejecting discs have to do with the eject button, and power cycling can sometimes help get the eject button back in line.
- Install the latest PS4 updates. In rare cases, an issue with your PS4 system software may cause this issue. If that happens, you'll have to install an update to fix the problem.
