My Service Canada Account (MSCA) is a secure online portal. It allows you to access services for Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Canada Pension Plan disability, Old Age Security (OAS), Social Insurance Number (SIN) and Canada Apprentice Loan.

Multi-factor authentication is an enhanced security measure. It helps protect your personal information. This mandatory step helps prevent unauthorized access to your My Service Canada Account (MSCA). You will need to enter a security code to confirm your identity each time you access MSCA. Note: This step does not apply to BC Services Card users.
Send an e-service request, someone should be able to provide you a PAC over the phone to complete your MSCA registration. To apply for EI, go to canada.ca/ei; under "regular benefits" select tab no. 5, "Apply"; to submit a report, you can select the "send your EI report by internet" option under "most requested".
