Place the disk in your ST to format it or use the Command Prompt formatting syntax on a Windows PC. Don't remove the tape unless you need a HD disk again. Doing so will keep the disk from working in your ST.

This will create long file names for display stripping off the extension and copying the executable to an ATR in 8.3 format along with making a MyPicoDos bootable disk.
