My company sends lots of email using generic mailer address with specific display name according to the subject/entity. As the subjects are changing also, the only criteria to use for the rule is the display name associated to the generic email address.

If your email recipients see only part of your name, such as your first name, but you want them to see your full name, you can easily make the desired change. The display might show only part of your name if you didn't type your full name when you first set up your email account.

I would like to automate the process of creating the first part of an email, namely "Dear sender's name" in Outlook. I believe it is possible as the name can be derived from the name field of the person who has sent the email (i.e. name field [ email field ] which appears at the top of the email) .
