I reached out to developer Apple support, ROK Facebook page and rise of kingdoms contact email but I’m really not sure if those emails really helped at all. System Preferences -> iCloud -> Manage Storage -> Select the Backed Up Game -> "Delete Documents and Data. But every time they put the app back on it continues the old game.
