I reached out to developer Apple support, ROK Facebook page and rise of kingdoms contact email but I’m really not sure if those emails really helped at all. Usually, in-game ROK customer support responds with FAQ bot response then allows you to click player support button or they tell you customer support is at peak service try again later.
