Based on our last crowdsourcing effort, I created this free website https://pirep.zone. We can add reports and reviews there for stuff that matters to pilots, FBOs, Restaurants, DPEs, Airports etc. Please check it out on a computer (for now) and add things.
One small suggestion, try adding a few TV shows on the homepage so people can try it without typing something, although it might go against the minimalist look. All the best! Edit: As u/parundrum indicated, you can click on the try messages to do this, although I think it could be a bit more intuitive that it can be clicked.
