Jun 14, 2015 · I'm trying to resolve them one at a time, and now I'm dealing with Microsoft Office 2007. I've managed to run Office Diagnostics (I could not do this before because the Event Log service was not available), but I get the following message: Windows Installer. The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

If a Office application such as Word or Excel isn’t working correctly, sometimes restarting it will fix the problem. If that doesn’t work, you can try repairing it. When you’re done, you might need to restart your computer.

It said Repairing Microsoft Office Professional 2007 along with a progress bar for a while, then Microsoft Office Professional 2007 configuration did not complete successfully. I tried it several times, both through the Control Panel and from my installation disk.
