Register for UPS My Choice.
My Choice will allow you to track packages being sent through UPS. Decide on whether you want the free membership or premium membership for $40 a year. Click on the yellow “Continue” button on the bottom of the membership you want. Once you are on the registration page, fill in your personal details and verify your address.
The free version of My Choice will let you track your packages without a tracking number.
A premium membership will allow you to change the recipient's address and to change the date of delivery.
Visit the UPS website and click “Login” on the top of the page. Enter the details that you used when you registered your account and click "Log In."
Click the “Tracking” tab on the top of the page.
Sign up for Informed Delivery on the USPS website.
Fill out the form with your personal information and address. Creating an account will give you access to a variety of USPS tools, including

Click “Track and Manage” at the top of the screen, then scroll down to “My USPS.” This page is your dashboard and will have a list of all of the packages you’ve received or sent in the last 2 weeks.

Fill out the form and sign up for a FedEx Delivery Manager account. You’ll have to provide your personal information and a valid address.
To validate your identity you'll have to enter personal details and answer security questions.
Login to the portal and find the package you want to track.
Once you sign up, visit
and click “Log In” to sign into the Delivery Manager. You’ll be directed to a portal that will allow you to track packages being sent and received. Check under “status” for the package you are tracking to determine where it is.
What can I do besides, like, hope it comes & the delivery person rings since there's no slip and it seems the phone line doesn't let me talk to a representative, just track a package via a robot by inputting all my info??
A workaround that I have found is that I can put the tracking number into the search on Bing and they will get the detailed tracking info. Presumably they are using some kind of API to get the same data that the UPS app displays.
Make a delivery change to a package by logging in and using UPS My Choice ® or make a change as a guest. Open your dashboard, select your package and choose "Change My Delivery". Track your package and select "Change My Delivery" to request a one-time passcode sent to your email.
How To Request a UPS Delivery Intercept. You can request an intercept from the tracking detail page when tracking your package or you can follow the steps below to request one from your shipping history. Please note: you must request an intercept prior to the first delivery attempt.
