On your account dashboard, go to the Order History tile and choose “Your orders”. Once the page opens, find the order you are looking for, and click on "See Details" to see its current status. I'm also a BBY rewards member and have the transaction on my rewards account if that helps. Purchase History goes back 10 years, so they should have no problem finding it and reprinting it, especially since it was on a rewards account. if you don't want to go into the store, you can also have it emailed to you via 188bestbuy.
