As a member you have three ways to turn your unused points into cash: Rent out an existing reservation you will not be using. Claim a Custom Request from the listings page made by a renter and make a reservation per their request. Transfer points from your current Use Year to another member.
Please call the Disney Cruise Line Contact Center at (800) 951-3532 for assistance with reservations that have been paid in full, made with a Future Cruise Credit, or booked under a restricted rate or the Concierge category. Refunds will be processed in the original form (s) of payment.
