You can get a refund on your card balance by completing our Refund Form A for physical PRESTO Card and mailing the form and your PRESTO Card to us. All refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee. The physical card issuance fee is non-refundable.
You can register your Presto Card online at PrestoCard.ca. Registration has many benefits: 1. Registered PRESTO cards can be replaced if lost or stolen and the cash balance will be restored. 2. You can access their public transit usage statement online to help with a claim for federal public transit tax credit.
Make a payment(s) using our online system. (Credit cards and e-checks are accepted; some fees may apply. One-time and recurring payments are also available.)
If you want to try it yourself, log into your presto account, mark your old card as lost/damaged, buy a new card (from a presto machine/shoppers), don't register the new card, and on your presto account, transfer the balance to your new card.

You can get a new PRESTO in Mobile Wallet card through the PRESTO app, your Apple Wallet or your Google Wallet. If you get a new PRESTO in Mobile Wallet card through the PRESTO app while signed into your PRESTO account, it will be added to your account right away.
