If you do not have a My PRESTO Account, you will need to call the Application & Support Centre at 416-338-8888, so the Fair Pass discount can be applied to your new card. Eligible residents will receive a 12-month Fair Pass discount programmed onto their PRESTO Card Number.
If you registered your PRESTO in Google Wallet card to your PRESTO account, you can recover your card by signing into the PRESTO app on a new device, removing the card from your old device and adding it to the new device.
If you would like to set up your Autorenew using your bank account (pre-authorized debit), please use a paper form. If you set up Autorenew in the first 14 days of the month, the current month’s pass will be added to your card and a monthly pass will automatically be added every month.
