When you choose “100% digital” in the Profile section of the Intact Insurance App or Client Centre, the only paper document we will send you will be your proof of auto insurance. Otherwise, we will notify you by email you concerning every other transaction or change; your insurance documents in Client Centre will then reflect these changes.

For drivers who are not the policyholder, you need to ask the car owner to share or print a PDF copy of their proof of insurance.
