Usually the fix is to remove the mail accpunt, nuke it, then re-download everything. That being said, I switched to mailmate a few years Ago and would highly recommend it. Best search out of any email client i have ever used. UI isn’t the prettiest but it’s very functional.

Aug 13, 2017 · It has got to be a setting either on the email server or on your devices. If your rule removed the email from your account, IMAP synced that action to your other email clients. Only the device with the locally-stored folder, that is not synced over IMAP, has the email. If that’s what the rule does, it’s not a Mail bug.
