Crippled limbs do not work the same as they did in Fallout 3 or New Vegas. In those two you had to heal your limbs with stimpaks or doctor's bags in order for them to return to normal. In Fallout 4 crippled limbs heal themselves in a matter of seconds.

I tried it on the Pipboy app too if that means anything) - Visited a doctor - Blowing up an object next to me in order to re-cripple my arm and attempt to heal from there - Enable God-Mode through console, and tried sex change But nothing works.

Nov 11, 2015 · They changed it in FO4, you still go to the Stat screen and if you look at the very bottom below the pipboy you'll see: E) Stimpak (#youhave), so, using a mouse and keyboard at least, you press E to stimpak yourself in the stat menu.
