I think on hardcore you couldn't stimpack limbs in New Vegas, but in this game they worked for all my limbs on normal run through.

Nov 15, 2015 · I've tried a few things: - Stimpak (in the stat menu AND using a hotkey. I tried it on the Pipboy app too if that means anything) - Visited a doctor. - Blowing up an object next to me in order to re-cripple my arm and attempt to heal from there. - Enable God-Mode through console, and tried sex change. But nothing works.
Nov 11, 2015 · Here is what I did to get my limbs back: 1) Go into third person mode. 2) Opened up the console prompt, and clicked on my player. 3) Typed "resurrect" and hit the enter key. 4) This is where it gets weird. The camera will keep zooming in over and over again. 5) Pressed "F5 (Quicksave)"
Use your pip boy and go to status page and press whatever button says "stimpack" . On xbox is A, assume its x on ps. Its a bit different from the older games where youd choose which part you wanted to heal. And gj above posters, really helpfull -_-. Thank u for actually helping. PNX-LL2-PDG.
