If this line includes ‘TEF’, ‘O2U’ or ‘OTF’ then your device has O2 firmware and you can set up Wifi and 4G Calling. Sep 21, 2023 · This didnt work either. I also have an EE sim in the other slot. The message was sent using EE. The customer service wasnt able to help, but stated they would report it and the tech team would call me. I'm waiting for O² to come back to me, this was two days ago, and there has been no call. At least I know its not the phone.

Feb 27, 2022 · I have no idea how Samsung roll out their updates, I just assumed it would be available as I set up the phone. I'm in the UK, I got my S22 Ultra unlocked from Amazon on Friday. I simply went into settings > software update > download and install. This then triggered the update. It didn't auto update during set up.
