Jan 17, 2024 · The "regulators" recently said that complaints being at the same high levels as last year is a positive thing! Might as well be unregulated then. In my opinion you should be paying around £15 per month for a 500Mb DOCSIS internet connection. 1Gb can be had for £30 per month on brand new full fibre infrastructure.

At the time of writing, all Virgin Media broadband packages come with a Hub 3 router. It’s decent. Its specs are certainly good enough to handle the faster Virgin broadband speeds – though it’s otherwise not really much to write home about. The Hub 3 does the job. It has ‘next generation’ AC Wi-Fi, dual band connection, and five antennae.
