  2. Jan 17, 2024 · The "regulators" recently said that complaints being at the same high levels as last year is a positive thing! Might as well be unregulated then. In my opinion you should be paying around £15 per month for a 500Mb DOCSIS internet connection. 1Gb can be had for £30 per month on brand new full fibre infrastructure.
