This will show you the Recover Your Account window. Select the START ACCOUNT RECOVERY button and continue following the instructions in How do I recover my account if I could not go through Two-factor authentication or the original email verification on my Epic Games account? article.
You will need to tell us either your Epic Display name, Account ID, or the Display name of your connected account (could be console or social account). We will search for a matching account. If we find an account, we will send a message to the account's email address so that you know which is the email associated with your Epic Games account.
If you attempted to recover your account and are unable to verify your identity through Two-factor authentication or the email used to create your account, you will see the Recover your Account window. Click on the START ACCOUNT RECOVERY button and follow the steps below:
