But if it's a "plain-text" variety, without weirdo formatting content, or if you can save those points as a .csv comma-delimited spreadsheet file [I think Excel can export into that format from .xls or .xlsx format], then AutoLisp can read it.

It seems to curve inwards instead of outwards like in the initial demo photo. Just as the other two curves, I repeated the same process: 1. Fillet.

Start the ._ARC command, enter "C" for center point and pick the endpoint of the line that represents the center point. Next pick the other endpoint of the line, that is the startpoint of the ARC. Next pick the endpoint of the previous line segment. Your curve is complete. Now we have another curve to draw.
