There are three ways to make a payment:
•remit electronically
•remit at your financial institution in Canada
•send your payment by mail
If you cannot pay your balance owing, you can make a payment arrangement. For more information, see When you owe money – collections at the CRA.
Enter your payment details: Account number (11-digit number found on your monthly bill) Payment amount; Name on card; Card number; Expiry date (MM/YY) Security code (3-digit code found on the back of your credit card) Email (for receipt purposes only) Click Continue. Review the information and click Submit payment.
Paying without a payment code Individuals. You can pay a balance due, make support payments or make instalment payments on your financial institution's website. To pay a balance due or make instalment payments, you must enter your social insurance number. If you pay from a business account, you can only make instalment payments or support payments.

Starting July 15 th, 2024, payment sent by bank will count as paid on time if the payment was sent before your bill’s due date. You can pay your bill at any financial institution. Make a payment using the My Shaw app. To make a payment using the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store) Open the My Shaw app. Select the Pay Bill button. Select Pay total balance, or select Pay amount and enter a payment amount. Enter your payment details or select a saved credit card profile. Select Confirm.
