Oct 29, 2024 · Before you create a new library, go to File Explorer > My Computer > Windows (C:). Create a new folder e.g. EndNote Libraries, EndNote References. Go to EndNote. Choose Create a new library or go to File > New. Choose the folder location you created. Remember this will be only available on that specific computer.
