Dec 22, 2023 · Go to Steam settings and choose to clear you web browser cache and restart Steam. That tends to clear up a few weird bits of behaviour. If it still persists, you can always go to your Steam installation folder, and delte EVERYTHING EXCEPT steam.exe and the contents of your steamapps folder (as your games are there).
