Our team of 65 people (roughly) uses a shared (Team) outlook calendar from which we schedule meetings that is separate from our individual outlook calendar. Three people have the ability to schedule meetings from the shared/team calendar (the "Editors").
Select Join Room on desktop or Join on mobile to enter the room. If you're joining from your mobile device, do not leave the meeting while your instructor is setting up rooms. You'll also receive notifications to rejoin the main meeting or if you are moved into another room.

In the Calendar pane view of Outlook, create a “New Meeting. Add “Title”, “Required” and “Optional” attendees. Pick your date/time window. Next click on the Room Finder button, to open the Room Finder pane. In the text box under “Building” type in the building list you wish to use: JCB-Sage-RoomList-Students for Sage.
