It is important to remember your credentials when registering your online account to prevent being locked out. If you have already registered using GCKey or a Sign-In Partner, login now.

    Manage your loan, make payments and apply for repayment help from your NSLSC account.

    Login to your NSLSC account

    Let us know that you are still in study. You can:

    •log in to your NSLSC account to confirm your enrolment

    •submit a paper copy of the Confirmation of Enrolment (PDF, 267 KB)

    This will make sure that repayment is delayed until you finish.

    If you need to take time away from your studies for medical or parental reasons, you can apply for Medical and parental leave.

    You can give another person power of attorney to take care of your student loan dealings with us.

    If you are a reservist in the Canadian Forces on a designated operation you can delay repayment on your student loan.

Register for a GCKey username and password if you have forgotten your existing one or if you do not have one.
