If a card is lost, stolen or damaged and has been registered, log into your account at prestocard.ca, click on Report Now and read the instructions. Alternatively, you can call PRESTO at 1-877-378-6123 to report the card lost or stolen.
Seeing as you're asking theoretically, it's best to be proactive about this. Step 1: Head to https://www.prestocard.ca/en/ and sign up for an account. Now that you've done that, register the card you have and attach it to your new account. Step 2: Spend $6 and buy another Presto card.
