In the first post of this this thread, there is a link to download the Virgin Media Uninstall Tool. Download and run that, then try the FS installation again. Unfortunately, the instructions from Virgin Media to allow the program to be automatically uninstalled have turned out to be flawed - the program needs fully removing before installing FS.
