Go to the encoder tab in OBS settings & toggle the advanced version from the pulldown menu at the very top. Then, at the bottom should be an option for which GPU. You'll probably have to experiment to see which GPU your laptop considers #0 & #1 - if it's the integrated one or the Nvidia one.
