You can transfer to another Transit Agency using your card balance or a Brampton Transit pass loaded on your PRESTO card. A 2-hour transfer is valid from the time of issue. Your card can be loaded with both a card balance and one transit pass per Transit Agency.
Your PRESTO card will be cancelled and your TTC Monthly Pass will be transferred to your new PRESTO card. You will be required to purchase another card for $6. It may take up to 24 hours for your card and monthly pass to be cancelled and transferred to the new card.

Here was the process: Immediately mark the card as lost on the website. Purchase a new Presto card. Wait 24 hours for the new card to activate and propagate in the system. Use the website to transfer the balance from the lost card to the new card. Tap the new card to complete the transfer.
