While online or speaking with PRESTO, you can choose to order a replacement card for $6. The replacement card will be sent out by mail to the address in the account profile and will take 7-10 business days to arrive.
If you already have a physical PRESTO card, you can choose to convert it to a PRESTO in Mobile Wallet Card in the PRESTO app. You can get a new PRESTO in Mobile Wallet card through the PRESTO app, your Apple Wallet or your Google Wallet.
You can now add a PRESTO card to Apple Wallet and tap to ride using your iPhone or Apple Watch. You can quickly and easily add a new PRESTO card to Apple Wallet by opening the Apple Wallet app, tapping the (+) button, selecting “Transit Card,” and following the instructions.

How it works: Tap your PRESTO card, PRESTO Ticket, debit or credit card (including cards loaded on in a mobile wallet) on a card reader when you enter a subway station or board a vehicle. Your fare will be deducted and a transfer will be applied to your card or ticket.
