Lost your PRESTO card? If you have a PRESTO account, learn how to report it lost, stolen or damaged, and transfer its balance, passes, and settings to another card.
How it works: Tap your PRESTO card, PRESTO Ticket, debit or credit card (including cards loaded on in a mobile wallet) on a card reader when you enter a subway station or board a vehicle. Your fare will be deducted and a transfer will be applied to your card or ticket.
You can easily transfer between GO Transit and the following transit agencies, using your PRESTO card, credit card, or debit card: Brampton Transit Burlington Transit
Transfers are free and must be obtained where you pay your fare. Customers can take advantage of the TTC’s two-hour transfer when they pay their fare using a PRESTO card, PRESTO Ticket, debit or credit card (including the cards loaded in your mobile wallet).
