Apr 1, 2020 · Contact PRESTO customer service at 1-877-378-6123. Visit any customer service outlet. Kindly bear in mind that it takes up to 24 hours for your PRESTO card to be canceled once reported. Also, PRESTO is not responsible for any changes to the card during the cancellation period.
Dec 12, 2022 · In the past, riders had to buy a new card – online or in-person at select locations - but today, riders have the option to use a spare PRESTO card (unregistered or already registered to your account) to transfer funds, passes and settings from the lost card.
You can transfer your balance online or over the phone at 1-877-378-6123 if you buy a new card in person from a Customer Service Outlet. Please do not register your new card, add a period pass, or configure Autoload/Autorenew because this is done for you as part of the card replacement process.
