Solution. When prompted, click 0 to speak to a live representative. When asked to input your physical card number, don't. IMPORTANT: Even if you know your physical number, don't input it when you are prompted. If you input your card number, you'll be asked to provide the 4-digit code as well, which is not helpful if you've forgotten it like I did.
