How do I prove I’m eligible for Canva for Education? If you sign up for Canva for Education (opens in a new tab or window) with a verified educational email domain, you’ll get access right away. Don’t have a verified email? No problem.
Sign up with your school address to check if it matches a school district. If it does, log in to get instant access to Canva For Education. If your email doesn't match any school, enter your teacher's email address to let them know your class can access Canva For Education for free.
- Sign Up or Log In. The first step is to visit the Canva website and either sign up for a new account or log in if you already have one. If you don't have an account yet, simply click on the "Sign Up" button and follow the instructions to create your account.
- Verification. Once you are logged in, navigate to the "Education" section of your account settings. Here, you will find an option to verify your student status.
- Verify Your Student Email. In this step, enter your educational email address into the provided field and click on "Verify Email". Note: If you haven't received any verification email from Canva within a few minutes, don't forget to check your spam folder.
- Confirm Your Student Status. Once you have clicked on the verification link in the email, you will be redirected to a page where you need to confirm your student status.
Oct 5, 2023 · Click on your profile picture located in the top right corner of the page and select "Education" from the drop-down menu. In the Education section, click on "Verify Your Student Status." You will be prompted to provide some information to confirm that you are indeed a student.
To link yourself to a student, you'll need to enter a student-specific pairing code. Students can generate pairing codes from their User Settings. Depending on institution permissions, admins and instructors may also be able to generate pairing codes. For more info, visit our Pairing Code FAQ.
