Turning on Eternity Mode requires Expert Mode difficulty or higher. Deviantt spawns when Eternity Mode is activated, gives a starter pack to players, and has new dialogue to provide tips and warnings for the player, lines change with progression. Spawn rates are multiplied by 1.1x and max spawns are multiplied by 1.25x.
Upon activating Eternity Mode, all vanilla bosses will have new or recolored sprites, inspired by existing enemies in Terraria, as well as references to other media. For example, the recolored Queen Bee is a reference to her early concept art sprite, while the recolored Skeletron is a reference to the Lich boss from Enter the Gungeon.

It specifically says that eternity mode is not intended to be used/played with other content mods. I have Alchemist, magic storage, thorium, and calamity installed. Will it break my character and/or world if I try to play in eternity mode? I can't find ANYTHING about what happens if you play it with other mods. Thanks in advance!
