M61 is absolutely worth the price, one of the best ammos in the game. If you already have your sniper skill leveled up for the quest (level 7), then yes. Otherwise, you would have to decide between leveling it up manually or getting to level 4 and spending 50k euros with the mentor quest to get there quickly.
Find two crafts in each station and spam them. A good one for example is crafting yellow pliers into red. It takes 12 minutes and take a 8k item into a 17k item. Rotate that with another craft, then leave M61/BP etc going overnight or when you're at work, At max crafting, you can be printing M61/995/BP all day.
