Build a couple of holding cells. Wait for night time and try to lure at least two zombie villagers into the holding cells (one zombie per cell). Once they're captured hit them with a splash potion of weakness and then a golden apple. After a few minutes they will turn back into normal villagers.
You can wait around until zombie villagers spawn, then trap one (they need to survive daylight in a house) and cure it. Do that twice. I have done this successfully a couple of times.
