Nov 10, 2022 · This suggests a need for a review of literature specifically focused on whistleblowing in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and other health-related organisations a) reporting concerns about corruption and fraud; b) including whistleblowing by patients or other knowledgeable reporters in addition to employees; c) in LMIC context; and d) considering many types of sources, not just empirical research.
The forms of fraud and corruption in healthcare are similar to those in other industries.
