At 2:00 AM, Gregory will find himself ttrapped in the night guard's security office while the villainous Vanny roams free. He'll have to escape, explore new areas, battle a mysterious threat and revisit a classic Five Nights at Freddy's activity to survive, making this chapter one of the most packed segments so far. Here's how to ace it and continue your attempt to escape the Pizzaplex.

•How to Get the Backstage Pass

Following his capture at the end of the 01:00 AM segment, Gregory is taken to the security guard's office and told he can leave when his parents come to pick him up. However, it seems Vanny has other plans. The mysterious bunny you glimpsed after leaving the Daycare is back and, if you don't figure out an escape plan quickly, she's going to come for you while you sit in the office.

Quickly find the gift on the lefthand side of the room. It'll contain a screwdriver. Use the tool to pry off the vent covering next to the table and escape before Vanny can grab you. You'll know how close she is via the red static covering your screen, so do your best to exit the room before she enters. Don't worry if you get caught. You'll respawn at 2:00 AM rather than having to go all the way back to your last save point.

You'll emerge in the entrance area, although Vanny isn't through with you just yet. Instead of exiting the vent, stay put once you've opened the covering on the opposite side. Vanny will cross past the front of the vent and start patrolling the nearby area. Once she's out of the way, quickly head to the save point to the left of the entrance and log your progress.

Now, it's time to get past Vanny and proceed back to the Atrium. Vanny's pattern during this section is somewhat similar to Chica's during the 12:00 AM section but reversed. She'll head up the stairs on the right, cross over the top floor and then come down the stairs on the left. Much like the Chica section, follow her from a distance as she goes up the stairs. Wait for her to cross over to the other side, then make your way into the elevators behind the photo booths and proceed down to the Atrium.

Your next objective is to track down Freddy, who can be found next to Roxy Raceway. You can reach the animatronic via the under-construction entrance to the go-kart attraction, which is found on the lefthand side of the Atrium's second floor. There should be a save point located on a wall to the left just before the attraction, so stop to log your progress. If you're struggling to find the area, it's underneath a giant Sodaroni banner (Pictured below).

Once you reach the attraction, head through the archway to the right instead of proceeding through the large shutter door towards the objective. You'll find a bag located next to some porta-potties. After grabbing it, double back and go through the shutter door. Inside, follow the route until you can turn right. Do so and then turn right again to find a shipping container with a gift inside.

Now, it's time to turn your attention back to reaching Freddy. Ahead of you, you'll see a patrolling security bot. It'll come into the area next to the gift you just picked up and head towards the back of the construction site. You'll need to evade the bot and climb the pile of boxes Freddy mentioned he stacked up to help you reach him. They're just to the right of the security bot's patrol route, lying in the middle walkway between the area with the shipping container and the back of the construction site. Wait for the robot to move away from the boxes and then climb over them and into the next area.

You'll find Freddy running out of power on the floor nearby. He'll tell you he needs to go to Parts and Services to fix a malfunction, asking if you can help him reach it. To do so, you'll need to go beneath the main stage in the Atrium, meaning Gregory will have to find a Backstage Pass. After talking to Freddy, head to the righthand side of the area and look behind a nearby generator to find a gift. Move back to Freddy and save your game at the save terminal to the left before proceeding through the doors ahead.

You'll enter a room filled with shipping containers and construction gear. Follow the path until you exit into a much larger area. You'll need to cross through this room to get the Backstage Pass. Unfortunately, it's being patrolled by Roxy and a legion of security bots, meaning you'll have to sneak through.

First, head around the shipping container to your right as you enter to find a gift. A security bot will be patrolling near the gift and it can be a nuisance, so make sure you're not caught. With that done, you'll want to proceed down the corridor opposite the entrance to the room. Make sure to keep an eye on Roxy. She'll mostly move around the area in a circle, so you want to ensure she's always at a distance when you're moving. As always, use hiding spots and cameras to push ahead.

Follow the corridor all the way to the end and you'll reach another, much longer corridor that's trickier to traverse. The entire hall is filled with patrolling security bots. The trick is to use the hall's various hiding spots and side rooms to evade the bots and reach the end of the corridor. Use the cameras as a guide and push ahead incrementally. Don't get greedy. Slow and steady wins the race with this scenario. As you forge on, make sure to drop into the first side room on the right. There's a gift waiting within.

After reaching the end of the corridor, head through the doors on the right to enter the Rehearsal Room. Head through the doors immediately to your left. In the back of this closet, you'll find a gift containing a flashlight upgrade that enhances its battery life. With that in your inventory, head back through the doors you entered through and look for a save terminal to your left.

You'll emerge in Rockstar Row: the backstage corridor area you started the game in. Feel free to explore if you didn't earlier or use the door next to the "stage controls" sign. Once inside, head up the stairs and into the nearby security office. Quickly familiarize yourself with the placement of all the buttons in the office, as these will be crucial to the next portion of the hour. There should be one by each main door and several next to monitors on the desk. Once you're ready, take the security badge off the counter.

Grabbing the badge will trigger an alarm, luring Roxy and Monty to the office. Freddy will tell you to stay put while he figures out how to reach you. The next section of the game will see you defend the office while ensuring Freddy is able to navigate the Pizzaplex. Two screens can be seen on either side of the room. The one on the right will show Monty and the one on the left will show Roxy. You'll need to watch both for the duration of the encounter.

If either animatronic begins pounding on the door, run over to the door they're hitting and press the button next to it to shock them. After shocking them, they'll be incapacitated for a short time. Don't worry about watching the cameras adamantly as you'll be able to hear an animatronic hitting the door.

While you're battling Roxy and Monty, you'll also want to be watching the screens around the office to keep an eye on Freddy. Throughout the fight, he'll need help opening a door, so you'll have to find him on the cameras and press the button next to that camera to usher him into the next area.

Now underneath the security office, follow Freddy back to the main stage of the Atrium. There's a save spot on the way and the next section's pretty tough, so make sure you log your progress before you continue.

Once you reach the stage, Freddy will tell you that you need to activate it via the sound booth on the Atrium's third floor. There's only one problem. Chica, Monty and Roxy are patrolling the route up to the sound booth. One will stick around each area, so you've gotta keep your wits about you as you make the climb.

Head across the bottom floor of the Atrium. There will be security bots here that shouldn't be too much trouble to dodge. The real threat in this section is Monty Gator. He'll stand on top of the party check-in booth with a spotlight, meaning your best bet is to circle around the animatronic alligator to avoid his gaze. He won't move unless he sees you and the spotlight doesn't have a wide range, so keep to the outsides and you should avoid him. Go up the escalator and you'll be faced with a second threat: Roxy.

The self-obsessed fox is patrolling the second floor. Her route sees her go from right to left, so the best idea is to follow her, find a hiding spot, wait for her to pass and then continue on with your journey. Quickly run to the save point on the wall by the nearby photobooths to log your progress. The next few sections can be challenging, but saving means you won't be sent all the way back to the beginning if you're caught.

Climb the escalator and you'll be faced with threat number three: Chica. Chica will patrol the third floor. Slip past her or run to a hiding spot and wait her out. Then, proceed to the stage and use the Showtime Disc to activate it. Once your mission is complete, the enemy layout will change. For one, you're no longer sharing a floor with Chica as Vanny now stands in her stead. The bunny will instantly come after you so you'll have to evade her.

Get down to the second floor and hide if need be. Then, head to the save point and log your progress. Chica will be on this floor now, but you should be able to descend quickly by taking the first escalator on your left. Get down to the first floor and then you'll only have to contend with Roxy and Monty.

With the stage descending, you'll quickly realise you're not out of the fire just yet. Everyone's favourite Daycare attendant, Moondrop, will appear on the side of the platform. Freddy will remind you that the power will soon need to be re-routed, meaning you have to run to a charging station.

How rough you find the next section is largely up to chance. Sometimes, Freddy will tell you to follow him into the room ahead and you'll find the pathway clear. Simply run through the corridor and look for the charging booth to the right of the door in front of you.

Other times, Moondrop will pose more of a challenge. The sinister Daycare Attendant has a habit of teleporting directly in front of you when you're attempting to reach the charging station, which can be a death sentence considering you're in a tight passage with Freddy. If he does appear in an inconvenient spot, you'll have to find a way to evade him. Force him to follow you back to the stage and then strafe around him before heading to the charging booth.

Climb into the booth and watch the cutscene. Once it's complete, you'll have progressed to 03:00 AM and are ready to take on your next challenge.
