I think it has a pedestrian walkway. Down past Broadway where all the bars are (3 blocks from the hotel) is a new pedestrian bridge over the river to the park in which the stadium is situated. As stadiums go, it's very close to the centre of town. Difficult to estimate but I would say an easy 20-25 mins walk.
