Customer service basically blames the 3rd party shipping company and refuses to help. Worst experience I have ever had with a business that literally ships everything to customers. First and last time I will ever buy anything from Wayfair. Date of experience: August 13, 2024. Useful.
A senior on fixed income placed an order and within only hours they reduced the price by $60 and management would not price adjust. I offered to reject item when I receive it and order one at new price and they said they would charge me for shipping. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WAYFAIR AGAIN.

Fortunately, most items from Wayfair are returnable within 30 days of delivery. Large appliances may be returned within 30 days as long as they have not been installed yet.
Wayfair obviously has a huge logistics problem from purchase to delivery on both the website and staff programs. The customer service staff are very friendly but that's the only thing Wayfair has going for it. Note: this was my first purchase from Wayfair. Date of experience: September 16, 2020. Useful.

Jul 1, 2024 · Wayfair Furniture. I’ve learned two things from furniture shopping: 1.) furniture is expensive and 2.) salespeople are all about the sale. I’m a big fan of Wayfair’s online catalog of literally millions of products. Browsing through them is almost therapeutic—especially when I saw how affordable they are.
