  2. 14 exams throughout high school: Class ranking (hardest to easiest): physics c: e&m, apush (I abhor history), physics c: mech, chem, macroeconomics, bio, english lang, microeconomics, stats, calc bc, english lit, calc ab, spanish lang, csp.

  3. There are two factors to consider when deciding how hard an AP subject is: the difficulty of the AP exam itself, and how the AP class is taught at your high school. Your score on the exam will affect whether you can get college credit for the class.

  4. In terms of the AP course itself, most would argue that chem is a more difficult AP, seen by statistics as well. However, the rigor in your school would be independent in itself so I suggest to talk to upperclassmen who have taken the courses themselves and get their opinions on it.

  5. Any individual college class is way more difficult than the AP equivalent. APs only get hard once you start stacking a lot of them at once. The bigger problem comes from school ending at 3pm (or later) with no breaks in between. In college there’s a lot more time between classes to study or get work done.
